The 7th death anniversary of Prof. Muzaffer Ahmad was observed with due solemnity by Prof. Muzaffer Ahmad Smriti Sangsad on 25th May 2019, at 11:30 a.m. at Adda of the EMK Center, Midas Centre, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The event was chaired by Smriti Sangsad Chairman Prof. Nazrul Islam. This time Prof. Muzaffer Ahmad Memorial Lecture was given by Dr. Atiur Rahman. The following personalities were graced the occasion as discussants: Khondokar Ibrahim Khaled, Dr. Wahiduddin Mahmud, Professor Rehman Sobhan & National Professor Anisuzzaman. From Prof. Ahmad’s family, Roushan Jahan has given important speech in the event. In the event Smriti Sangsad website (www.muzafferahmad.com) has launched formally by Dr. Rehman Sobhan. At the beginning of the event Member Secretary of Smriti Sangsad Bidhan Chandra Pal has given the welcome speech. The event was facilitated by Arc. Iqbal Habib.
